Marcilio Browne Enjoying Uncrowded Winter Nuggets At Ho’okipa
With the 2019 Mercedes-Benz Aloha Classic finishing just over a month ago, calm has been stored to Ho’okipa – in terms of numbers at least – and Marcilio Browne (Goya Windsurfing) is one of the sailors who is revelling in the quiet winter conditions.
