Bronenosec chalked up their second win of the Menorca 52 SUPER SERIES Sailing Week when they led all the way around Race 4 of the series, but the points differentials at the top of the circuit standings were squeezed more as Platoon slumped from a win in Race 3 to finish sixth with Azzurra third, and Quantum Racing second. The 2016 champions have sailed to two second places today and are chipping away at the circuit leaders Azzurra and Platoon. Azzurra recovered from sixth at the top mark to steal third on the last downwind, but Platoon could effect no such recovery from seventh on the first round. So Azzurra’s circuit lead is now five points over Platoon and nine points over Quantum Racing. Azzurra lead the regatta by one point.
