Aside from a 37th, Thomas Saunders posted all top seven scores in the 135 boat fleet to win the 2021 ILCA 7 Men’s World Championship on November 5-10 in Barcelona, Spain. With 43 countries competing in the 8-race series, Finn Lynch (IRL) was 14 points off the lead in second with Tonci Stipanovic (CRO) 28 points further back in third. The top North American was Fillah Karim (CAN) in 46th.
