Eight races were completed at the 2022 J/24 US National Championship, held July 18-24 in Oak Point, TX. While the 24-boat fleet was skunked on the middle day, Texas winds did not disappoint on the bookends with consistent 15 knot breezes and gusts that averaged around 20 on both days of racing. Mike Marshall with crew Jeff Hayden, Dave Hughes, Alan Terhune, and Rod Favela won the final two races to retain the U.S National Championship title from his win in 2021. – Details
