I made it to Southafrica for my winter training and am super stoked that going wavesailing is working out fine for my foot ! So good to be back sailing! Also had a few SUP surf sessions and finding my Capetown Rhythm back. I haven’t been able to film any wavesailing action yet so here’s my next Vlog from a not quite so usual Capetown day which ended with a big crash and a even bigger scare as I got my foot stuck in the footstrap.. Luckily all is good though and tomorrow I can start back in the waves. Thanks to Jaco Wolmarans for filming my foiling attempts and keeping me company waiting for the wind…
