Royal Canadian Yacht Club (Toronto, ON) successfully defended the Canada’s Cup in a rematch of the 2021 edition with Youngstown Yacht Club (Youngstown, NY). Led by Terry McLaughlin, the Canadian team swept Adam Burns’ US challenger 7-0 in the 126 year old match race event held September 1-3 in Toronto, ON. Sailed in equal IC37s, this was McLaughlin’s fourth win and Burn’ third defeat after previous challenges in 2016 and 2021. – Details
