The 2019-2020 Islands in the Stream Series got underway today with the Nassau Cup Ocean Race, the first of four events that extend from November to March in South Florida. The 78th edition of this race from Miami to Nassau attracted entrants for ORC (14), PHRF (3), and Multihull (2). With winds gusting to 20 knots at the start, four boats are already recorded to have retired.
