The 60th anniversary of the Ugotta Regatta was held July 30-August 1 in Harbor Springs, MI. The event consisted of 82 yachts ranging from Alerion 28s to GL 52s and SC 70s with a One-Design Circle and the famous Tour of the Bay course. Doug DeVos’ GL 52 Windquest managed to win the class in a tiebreaker, Chelsea Simms’ Staightarrow won the hotly contested Melges 24 class with 5 straight bullets and Robert Hughes’ Heartbreaker won the J/70 class.
